SAFe® Release Train Engineer

With Release Train Engineer (RTE) training you will achieve an extensive knowledge about the role and responsibilities of Release Train Engineer (RTE) in the SAFe enterprise. RTE is responsible for keeping the Agile Release Train (ART) in progress and facilitating the Scrum of Scrums. After the training you will understand how to create end-to-end value by using ARTs and value streams.
SAFe® for Teams
This two-day course coaches teams that are part of agile release train (ART) to use Scrum, Kanban and extreme programming (XP) methods. Teams will learn how to transform into an agile team. How to plan backlogs and iterations and how to make iterations happen. Students will get to know their own agile release train, as well as their role in planning, implementation and continuous improvement with other teams. This training will prepare teams to execute a Program Increment (PI), including all meetings with the team and program levels focusing on the future PI-planning. Training prepares participants for SAFe Certified Practitioner (SP) exam.
SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master
This two-day course prepares current Scrum Masters for their leadership role in facilitating Agile team, program, and enterprise success in a SAFe® implementation. The course covers facilitation of cross-team interactions in support of the program execution and relentless improvement. It enhances the Scrum paradigm with an introduction to scalable engineering and DevOps practices; the application of Kanban to facilitate the flow of value; and supporting interactions with architects, product management, and other critical stakeholders in the larger program and enterprise contexts. The course offers actionable tools for building high-performing teams and explores practical ways of addressing Agile and Scrum anti-patterns in the enterprise.
