Hymy is extensively utilized in K-stores and in almost 1400 K-food stores that have around 1,2 million customers a day. Hymy has cut response time in half even though the amount of written feedback has increased by 20 %.

Sanoma Ltd’s consumer sales moved to the web


We built media corporation Sanoma a centralized sales platform (Sanoma Sales Platform), as well as a solution for continuous billing and customer service (Sanoma Dashboard).

A central part in the digitalization of Sanoma’s business

New Sanoma Sales Platform (SSP) gathers together all consumer sales channels of the company. For example, the web services of Helsingin Sanomat, Ilta-Sanomat, Ruutu.fi and Nelonen Media use SSP.

Agility and new business

Thanks to the agile project Sanoma has been able to publish the new ecommerce services of its key products in record timetable. In addition to order handling, invoicing and product management, the platform enables cross-sales between brands. This has created several new business opportunities. The results of the digital engineering skills of Nitor are already visible: since the first deployment, transactions in the platform and the resulting revenue have been on the rise.

Posti received a carefully planned system renewal


Nitor delivered postal and logistic services company Posti the management system of contact details and post routing, full renewal of postal address system and an upgraded management system of distributions.

Sustainable digital development

The fruits of digital engineering skills of Nitor are reaped by the service production of Posti which sorts and delivers 12 million postal shipments every day. The new management system of distributions steers the daily work of about 800 post offices of Posti. The tip of the iceberg was the launch of a consumer web service that was designed in a responsive manner.

Measurable savings immediately

The renewal project was huge and business critical. Success can be traced from the fact that due to this agile transformation Posti reported a 30 per cent decline in testing costs.

MTV.fi – We Revamped One of the Most Popular Websites in Finland


We brought all content to one platform and created a firm ground for future development

AN EFFICIENT TOOL

MTV.fi is the biggest website for television company MTV. The new platform supports content production and the work-flow of the editorial staff. It enables easy integration of content from all sources and brings efficiency to multichannel publishing – for external users as well in e.g. news applications. The solution supports revenue creation that is based on ads.

SUSTAINABLE DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT

Future development of the platform and website is essentially faster and easier than before. The creation of web pages is based on reusable components, e.g. page layout can be altered totally without coding actions.


The project was delivered in budget and on time. The results for MTV are reasonable cost savings and competitive advantage in production. "The project has progressed ahead of schedule, the budget frame has been held and the outcome is of high quality", says Jyri Kyllönen, Head of Mobile and Portal Services at MTV.
